ACQC's Statements

ACQC's mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families living with, and at risk for, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and other chronic health conditions. We do this by providing comprehensive social services in a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment, and by educating the community to reduce stigma and the transmission of HIV.

ACQC's vision is to serve people living with HIV/AIDS and to eradicate HIV/AIDS in the future. We will accomplish this by empowering and educating individuals to take ownership of their health and well-being through a healthier lifestyle.

ACQC is the largest provider of HIV/AIDS services in Queens and Serving over 10000 HIV+ clients and 30,000 residents in 5 sites.

Health Home Service /

Case Management
ACQC Health Home is a Care Management service, which coordinates medical care, mental health, and social services for clients with chronic conditions

STI / Testing Services
The mission of the Health Education and Prevention Department at ACQC is to prevent HIV/AIDS/STIs and promote health and wellness in the communities we serve.

Housing
Services
The ACQC Housing Department provides assistance to people who are homeless, precariously housed or at-risk for homelessness, and are living with HIV/AIDS.

Article 31 Clinic
We provide individual, couples, family counseling, and crisis intervention as well as numerous support groups.

Since 1991, our Legal Services Program (LSP) has provided education and legal representation in a wide array of civil matters.
